- Update hardware drivers like video card or integrated graphics adapter drivers.
- Check if DWM has been hijacked by virus.

- Then select the “Option File Location” option.
If the DWM file is stored in System32 folder, then it’s not been attacked by Virus. To be on the saver side , always scan your system for virus.
