Please request goes like this My App is given me headache to the extend did know what to do about it please I need help I did know my token number again I have using it b/4 an transfer money to someone but now is not working because due to my phone that I change,but I try to reset it my secret question he request that token number which is I did recall my previous token number,please I,m tired help out ooooooo

I have been receiving money more than 80k . yesterday was surprised when I got an alert of same amount and was unable to access my account, Am really vexed because I had trust in your people and u disappointed me with your response. You people should pls find a possible means to this problem because am tired
