Many people couldn’t wait to lay their hands on the device due to the buzz it has generated online. We got a review unit of the TECNO Camon CM and we will be unwrapping the device in its full glory.
Ladies and Gentlemen, here is the Camon CM unboxing you have been waiting for.
TECNO Camon CM Unboxing Review
One of the first things, you will notice is the packaging of the phone which is very compact and lightweight. A feeling that the device itself will be very light.
The box that houses the device comes in a rectangular design with the name of the phone and the brand name visibly inscribed. A full-screen schematic design of the phone is being implanted on the box and turning the box to the right side, you will see an MTN and 9mobile data offering for customers who buy the Camon CM.
There is a seal on the box to let you know if the box has been tampered with, and on it is written do not accept if the seal is broken. You might have to check this when making your purchase.

CAMON CM UNBOXING -DESIGN AND DISPLAY
A lot has already been said about the display of the Camon CM being the first device from TECNO Mobile with a full view display. The device which sports a 5.7-inch screen has more screen to body ratio compared to all TECNO devices right now.
This means you have more screen to play with when watching movies, playing games or reading texts. The 18:9 display is no longer new in smartphones these days but since it is the first time TECNO will be trying out their hands in this trending feature, we are not surprised is making a headline.
When it comes to the design, the Camon CM is probably the lightest TECNO phone around weighing just 135g and measures 152.2 mm * 71.7 mm * 5.6 mm in dimension. And it has a non-removable 3000mAh battery.
A closer look at the back of the phone, you will find the 13MP rear shooter and the Quad-LED flash at the top. Underneath the main camera is the fingerprint scanner and the brand name. At the bottom is the name CAMON boldly written one noticeable thing at the back is the antenna band which is mostly found on some popular brands.
We have the speaker grills followed by the charging port [USB 2.0] and the noise cancellation at the posterior end of the device. The 3.5mm is located at the top of the phone which is the usual place you will find it on most devices.
The Camon CM is 4G LTE and dual-SIM enabled and there is a slot where you will insert a MicroSD card as well. This is located on the left side of the Camon CM.
At the right side of the device is where you will find the Volume controller and power button
Camon CM First Impression
After holding the Camon CM for few hours, I can say that I love how light this device is. It makes me what to always hold it in y hands. The 18:9 display looks good on the Camon CM and being a Camon device, the 13MP camera also takes good photos as well as the 13MP selfie shooter. The device retails for just N47,000 Naira in Nigeria and judging from the features and the specs of the phone, what do you all think about the Camon CM?
