  1. Guys infinix is a fake and bullshit brand, there will be no update for oreo because, they the moderators of infinix told that, if we give you a update there is a chance that your devices will not work forever in other words, your device will be bricked, wasted 18k on trusting this bull shit company and also the after sales services is a big lie, their phone works like a clone phone, i’m sure this brand won’t survive not more than 5 years max, this will be in the list of those chinese dumb phones, and if you try to raise your voice against infinix, you will be banned lol…the moderators are useless and brainless

  2. I am not sure i updated my zero 5 to 8.0
But i accepted an update sometime ago and the features after that was incredible then my battery started draining in an unreasonable manner
So i factory reset but it was still the same with the battery but the phone features looks lower than what i had before the update.
So i days later the battery was swelling so i returned it for repair
Now the phone is on 7.0
And i want to update it to 8.0 and its telling me its up to date
Am just hoping there is a way to do the update

  3. please help me I need to go back to my recent old update because after I updated to the new 8.1 my screen touch started hanging please help me out on going back please

  4. Do a factory reset. Boot up the phone after the reset, then go to settings->system updates. The update will appear, download and wait for the installation to complete. From there you can put back your stuff and use the phone.
NB: Remember to backup your data. And after the factory reset don’t install any apps or anything just wait for the update then you can download your apps and put back your data after finishing the update.

  5. Please I was unable to upgrade to latest android version 8 Oreo on my infinix note 4 when the notification pop up on my phone due to some reasons, now that I wish to do that, it is telling my phone is in the lastest version which is still version 7 oo. My question is does it mean I have lost chance of upgrading my phone @ least once to the latest android version or the notification might still come later?

    Thank you
