The Xiaomi Mi TV 4S has been introduced by the Chinese company as an update to the Mi TV 4. Xiaomi is following the same pattern and strategy the company uses for its smartphone on its TV series as well. This is coming after Xiaomi launched the Mi TV 4, 4A and 4C, the 4A was the watered down version of the Mi TV 4 for those on a budget. The Chinese tech giant has now released a brand new variant of the Mi TV 4 series, which is the Xiaomi Mi TV 4S.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4S is now live in the Chinese market with a price tag of 2399 Yuan, which is about $500. It’s an amazing television with a wide 50-inch LCD display, boasting of 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It has an HDR technology as well, for sharp visuals. Xiaomi Mi TV 4S is also a smart TV and does everything a smart TV is expected to do.
Internally, it’s powered by a quad-core Cortex A53 processor running at a frequency of 1.5GHz. Handling graphics is a Mali 450 GPU, there’s 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage space available. It supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, three HDMI ports, two USB ports and even one Ethernet port. It also boasts of PatchWall AI system support. When it comes to design, the frame is made of aviation grade aluminum.
Thanks to its affordable price tag, the Xiaomi Mi TV 4S is perfect and has everything you need in terms of quality and price. As expected, it offers high-end features and video quality at a mid-range price. The TV is already available for pre-order and will be officially available for sale starting from May 13 for 2399 Yuan. Furthermore, no info can be found yet if this new TV will be available outside of China.
The Mi TV 4S isn’t the most expensive smart TV from the Mi 4 series though, other prices go from 999 to 9999 Yuan. There’s an affordable 32-inch model with a price of 1199 Yuan (about $400) and a more expensive 55-inch variant which costs 2999 Yuan (about $550).
