Lenovo’s upcoming smartphone the Z5 has made its first unofficial appearance, flaunting its true full screen in a leaked photo. The device is expected to debut on the 5th of June, but we all knew a full photo leak will be available before then. According to the photo, it seems Lenovo kinda lied when the company said the Z5 front will be all screen, teasing the top part of the device.
The Lenovo Z5 comes with a bottom chin, just like what Xiaomi got going on in its Mix series. However, this is a big leap for Lenovo compared to its previous smartphones and the company trying to adapt to a bezel-less world. There isn’t much time left before we get to see this bezel-less beauty and what it has to offer.
The company’s VP, Chang-Cheng really made a lot of noise about the screen reaching an incredible 95% screen to body ratio, thereby making the device a trending topic on the internet. Even though we doubt that the screen could actually get a 95%, we have to say the bottom chip is super minimal compared to the Mi Mix 2S.
Debunking rumours of a possible pop-up selfie camera like the Vivo Apex and Next, the selfie camera on the Z5 sits at the bottom bezel giving us a Mix vibe. However, the bottom bezel seems to be the thinnest of any Mix smartphone, if this image is anything to go by.
As far as specs go, a source claims the Z5 comes with a massive 4TB of storage and a massive battery capacity that will provide a 45-day standby time. The source also claims the phone will still be able to make 30 minutes call when the battery hits 0% which is outrageous. True or not, everyone is looking forward to what Z5 will bring on June 5, Lenovo definitely got our attention this time around.
