Allview Soul X5 Pro Full Specs Review and Price

Allview Soul X5 Pro was launched by the company a couple of days ago as it’s flagship smartphone. The device projects you into a world you want to be, according to the company.

It’s powered by the Helio P60 chip from MediaTek with a fast octa-core processor. The chip is integrated with AI and offers over 20% increase in terms of performance. It has support for Face ID and runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo.

Design and Display

The Soul X5 Pro sports a curved design that Integrates Metal and makes it look stunning. This is the company’s best-looking smartphone in my opinion. There’s a rear fingerprint scanner on top the Allview logo.

While the trending dual rear cameras at the top left corner are in a vertical position as expected with the dual-LED flash sitting underneath. The device measures 7.85mm in thickness and weigh 210g overall.

The notch display is a thing right now and the Soul X5 Pro comes with the trendy feature. The screen stretches all the way to the top, while the notch houses the usual features. Although, it looks like the bottom chin came out to play as well.

The 6.2-inch FHD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen boasts of 2246 x 1080 pixels in resolution and 403 pixels per inch density. You can also hide the notch anytime you want to get the standard 18:9 screen.

The new Helio P60 dominates under the hood here, the chip brings along its 12nm process node for improved performance. There’s an octa-core processor clocking at 2.0GHz, while the Mali-G72 MP3 graphics processor has 3-cores and clocks at 800MHz.

It has a standard 4GB of RAM for multitasking through all your apps. While the storage department gives you two options, one with 64GB and a cheaper variant with 32GB. This affordable beauty runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Visual UI on top.

Camera

It’s equipped with dual 16MP + 5MP rear shooters with AI and a dual-LED flash. The cameras boast of features like Scene recognition, bokeh effect, professional mode, achieving DSLR-level photographs. While the 16MP front camera is perfect for group selfies.

Network and Connectivity

The Soul X5 Pro supports 4G LTE connectivity and accommodates dual Nano SIMs. It also has support for Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm jack, USB port, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot and A-GPS, GLONASS.

The Allview Soul X5 Pro is powered by a non-removable Li-Ion 3000mAh battery with fast charging technology.
