A lot has changed in terms of design obviously, as both devices were months apart. The Hot S3X is built with a plastic body that has a gradient feel. While the Hot 6 Pro looks kinda plain, even though it has the curved antenna lines.

They are both equipped with dual rear cameras, however, the positioning is different. They both have the fingerprint scanner. The Hot S3X measures 8.3 mm in thickness and weighs 150g, while the Hot 6 Pro is slimmer at 7.8mm in thickness and weighs just 145g.

There’s a major difference when you turn over to the front. The Hot S3X sports a 6.2-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, there’s a notch on top as well. The screen has a resolution of 720 x 1500 pixels and 267 ppi.

While the Hot 6 Pro sports a smaller 6-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The screen has 720 x 1440, pixels in resolution and 282 ppi. The screen on the Hot S3X stretches up to 81% screen-to-body ratio thanks to the notch, while the Hot 6 Pro sits at 76.1%.

The Hot 6 Pro is powered by a lower Snapdragon 425 chipset. This comes with a quad-core processor, clocks at 1.4GHz, while the Adreno 308 controls graphics. There’s of RAM and 32GB storage space as well on both phones.
