BLU Vivo XI Plus has been introduced as the latest flagship from BLU. The Vivo XI Plus comes with the iPhone X-like notch and dual rear camera.

It’s also powered by the Helio P60 chip from MediaTek. The front is a 6.2-inch FHD+ notched display. BLU also revealed the new smartphone with receive Android 9.0 Pie accept.

Design And Display

The smartphone sports a combination of plastic and aluminium. At the top left corner, it sports a dual rear camera in a horizontal position while the LED flash comes underneath.

The fingerprint scanner sits comfortably at the rear in its usual position for quick access to the device. Turning to the sides, it measures 7.8 mm in thickness and weighs 199g.

The Vivo XI Plus takes inspiration from the iPhone X when it comes to the display. BLU also made sure the bottom chin was super minimal and tiny as well. It has a tall 6.2-inch FHD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels and 402 pixels per inch density for sharp visuals. The screen also stretches up to 83.03% screen-to-body ratio.

Hardware and Software

The Helio P60 chip takes control here, the chip comes with its newer 12nm process technology. There’s an octa-core processor clocking at 2.0GHz as well. While the ARM Mali-G72 MP3 graphics card handles graphics.

There are two variants when it comes to RAM and storage space. There’s a standard version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. While the cheaper variant has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and will receive Android 9.0 Pie.

Camera And Connectivity

In the photography segment, the phone is equipped with dual 13MP + 5MP rear camera. The 13MP is the main camera with f/2.0 aperture and Phase Detection, while the 5MP is for background blur. The selfie camera is a 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture as well.

The Vivo XI Plus supports 4G LTE connectivity and accommodates dual Nano SIMs. It also has support for Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type C, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot and A-GPS, GLONASS.

Battery And Availability

The BLU Vivo XI Plus is powered by a non-removable 3050mAh battery with fast charging technology. BLU Vivo XI Plus will be available on shopping stores, starting from $349 to $399, that’s about (N120,000 – N140,000).
