Currently, Apple has already sent out invitations to a special ‘Gather Round’ press event tonight. Undoubtedly, we are expecting new iPhones to be launched tonight, the 12th of September. Apart from that, there are rumours that Apple will be releasing the Apple Watch 4, AirPower and possibly the iPad Pro X as well. However, we have to digest that with a pinch of salt till later tonight. Of course, not everyone is invited to the launch, but that doesn’t mean you can’t watch it from home. What time will the iPhone 2018 launch event start?
As stated above, the event will take place on the 12th of Sept, and is scheduled to start at 10 am PDT (local time). That translates to 6 pm UK time (BST) and around 5 pm Nigerian time (WAT). Apple stressed that the event will start at the exact time and the unveiling will be fairly punctual.
Currently, we can already see the crowds and the background music playing with the keynote live stream itself drawing close in just a few hours. The event will last for up to 2 hours or 2.5 hours tops, just like previous Apple events over the past years. It’s very easy to watch the event from the comfort of your home tonight.
