Samsung is renaming its Galaxy A series. This has made us believe that their mid-range entry phones are undergoing some sort of modifications. We are expecting the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 to arrive soon with a bigger screen and better specifications. We got the info via a spreadsheet that was revealed today. The spreadsheet revealed the price and the spec of the triple phones.
Samsung Galaxy A50
The Galaxy A50 will come with a tall super AMOLED screen with full HD+ resolution with a fingerprint scanner beneath it. The device will come with a 25MP FF f/2.0 main shooter which will likely be hosted by the infinity U- notch. At the rear of the phone, there will be a triple camera (25MP f/1.7 main shooter, 5MP depth sensor and 8MP ultra – wide snapper). The device will be powered by the Samsung Exynos 9610 with octa-core CPU with a bandwidth of 2.3GHz. And for memory, it will come with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage. It will come in three colour variant’s – black, blue and white.
Samsung Galaxy A30
It has the same display as the A50 but will come with (16MP + 5MP wide-angle lens) dual cameras. It will be powered by the Exynos 7904 and will come with 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB storage. One of the disappointing things about the device is the fingerprint scanner. Even with the AMOLED screen, the fingerprint scanner was moved to the back. It will come with 16MP f/1.9 selfie camera which will be hosted by the Infinity U – display.
Samsung Galaxy A10
It is the budget-friendly variant and did not come with a lot of unique features. But the phone comes with single 13MP f/1.9 shooter but it did not come with features like the Smart Beauty, AR stickers, Scene Optimizer etc. It won’t come as a shock to us if the device comes with Android Go edition preinstalled just like the Galaxy J2 core. The phone will come with a micro USB port with normal 5W charging.
The spec above showed three Galaxy A series. But we got rumours that the Wi-Fi Alliance approved two more devices – the Samsung SM – A205F and the SM – M305M. It means that we should expect another new member of the Galaxy A series namely – Galaxy A20. While we expect the Galaxy M30 to join the already announced Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20. Even with the information’s gotten from the Wi-Fi Alliance, we have already known in the past that the device will likely come with Android 9 pie in the box.
