Vivo NEX was the first smartphone we saw with a pop-up selfie camera followed by the Oppo Find X with its top side housing the front and back shooters selfie camera. Most of the other sliders that managed to maintain the full-screen design on the front include the Mi Mix 3 and the Honor Magic. But today, it seems that we are now going to see another unusual front-facing camera – the peeking shooter of the Oppo Reno.
Among the things that were revealed in the leaked video include the back of the device. And it seems that the model did not come with the 10x zoom behind the periscope lens. But we saw that on the demo unit that was tested during the MWC event earlier this year. It might likely be that the model is an Oppo Reno with Snapdragon 710. And we believe that the device is targeting to come with a lower price tag.
The renders of the model showed the massive cutout on the front for the peeking mechanism. The bottom will have a USB – C port, 3.5mm audio jack and only two shooters on the back. We cannot see any physical button on the Oppos newly unveiled voice assistant called Breeno. But we can see two cameras. That means that the model might be a budget-friendly version with no fancy 10x hybrid zoom
