1. Infinix Note 6

The Infinix Note 6 is the latest Infinix Note Series from Infinix. Unlike the previous Infinix Note 5 that came in two variants; one with a stylus and one without it. The Infinix Note 6 has a stylus in the only variant that was launched in Nigeria.

Inifnix Note 6 has a 6.0-inch display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340. It uses an AMOLED panel which is an upgrade over the IPS LCD found on its predecessor. The device has a glass covering both the front and back with a metal frame all around which gives it a more premium look and feel.

There are a total of 4 cameras here, 3 of which are located at the rear with one at the front for selfies. The one at the front is a 16MP shooter with an LED flash to lighten up selfies taken in low light environments.

At the rear is a triple camera setup consisting of a main 16MP camera, a secondary 8MP camera, possibly a wide-angle camera and lastly, a 2MP depth sensor camera for portrait shots. The rear camera is also equipped with an LED flash as well.

Infinix went with Mediatek yet again with the Helio P23 SoC here. The MediaTek Helio P35 SoC on the Infinix Note 6 is an octa-core processor with a clock speed of up to 2.3GHz alongside a PowerVR GE8320 GPU for graphics and gaming.

As for multitasking, there is 4GB of RAM onboard and 64GB of storage alongside it. The storage can be expanded further via a microSD card to 128GB

The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box and unlike its predecessor which was part of the Android one family, this will have the Infinix XOS 5.0 Cheetah Skin slapped on top.

The battery here is a 4,000mAh cell with support for fast charging. It does have 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, WiFi direct and a dated microUSB port for charging and file transfer.

The Hot 7 has a 6.2-inch IPS LCD display with 720 x 1440 pixels screen resolution which uses the new 19:9 aspect ratio with a bathtub notch at the top where the front-facing camera, LED flash and other sensors are located.

The body of the device is made of plastic, the same with its predecessor given that it is a budget device. Colour options available here are Black, Purple and Gold. Just like other devices in the Hot Series, this also has a Dual SIM slot and a dedicated MicroSD card slot for storage expansion

There is a single 13MP camera at the back with an f/1.8 aperture and dual-LED flash for low light shots. An 8MP camera sits at the front with am an f/2.2 aperture that takes care of all your selfie needs.

The brain behind this device is MediaTek’s MT6580P SoC which is a Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with an ARM Mali GPU. It comes with either 1GB or 2GB of RAM, both of which come with 16GB of internal storage.

The Second version with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. This is powered by the MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 Soc which comprises of Octa-core processors having a maximum clock speed of 2.0GHz paired with a more powerful IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

They all come with expandable storage which can accommodate up to 128GB of extra storage. They run on the latest Android 9.0 Pie out of the box which is covered with the latest Infinix XOS 5.0 Cheetah
