  2. I am still very surprised that up till today my transaction I made in Maiduguri Main Access Bank was not successful and the said amount was not refunded back to my Account.
    I lodged a complain at your Maiduguri Main Access Bank that I made an over counter transfer to A Gtbank on the 2nd of 2019 an amount of 150,000(One Hundred and Fifty Thousands Naira Only) from my old Diamond Bank Account now Access Bank (0012028804) in Maiduguri Main Branch Access Bank to a Gtbank Account 0138823574 and the beneficiary did not received value and I was debited for it. I present the bank statement of the beneficiary in the same branch with a complaint letter and up till moment I have not gotten any positive respond. If I did got positive within this week, I will lodge complain in the court.

Yesterday 23rd of January 2019 I want to paga agent shop know as Edward plaza to a withdrawal 10000 from my diamond extra account, which we used the pos machine once and was declined due to network issue and later try it by using diamond transfer code*426#, to paga Gtb account then I got debit alert but paga didn’t receive credit alert.
