Gionee has launched a new budget smartphone to the Nigerian market. The company posted the product on its official website and Facebook page.
The smartphone sports a rear triple setup that features a 13MP main lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP secondary lens with f/2.2 aperture, and an AI lens. For selfies, the Gionee P15 Pro has an 8MP camera on the display’s waterdrop notch.
Under the mood is a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC married with a 3GB RAM and 64GB storage. Other expected but unofficial features include MicroSD card slot, 4G connectivity, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Software-wise, the Gionee phone runs on Android 11 operating system.
One of the key highlights of the device is the 6,000 mAh battery capacity. It is priced at N58,900 which translates to around $144. The phone is expected to be available on Jumia and other accredited retailers.
