Korean Electronics and mobile phones maker, LG just launched its latest tablet known as LG G Pad X2 8.0 PLUS. The tablet is available on the carrier T-Mobile. The LG G Pad X2 8.0 PLUS boasts an 8.0-inch screen with Full HD display. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
What is not so great about the specs offerings is the battery which comes at 2900mAh but to compensate of this inadequacy, LG G Pad X2 8.0 PLUS comes with a G Pad Plus Pack. It is an accessory that provides additional battery life as well as external speakers which help to improve the audio experience of the tablet.
For those that will be purchasing the tablet on the T-Mobile carrier, you will have to buy a T-Mobile SIM Starter Kit, if you must enjoy the LTE connectivity feature of the tablet. The device can connect to 2G GSM networks, 3G UMTS networks, and 4G LTE networks, more specifically those running on bands 2, 4, 5, 12, and 66.
The LG G Pad X2 8.0 PLUS is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon processor clock at 1.4GHz. The 32GB of internal flash storage is expandable to 128GB via a MicroSD card.
In the camera side of thing, the tablet is blessed with 5-Megapixel camera both at the front and at the back with LED flash and High Dynamic Range capabilities.
The G Pad Plus Pack included with every purchase of the tablet has a 4,400mAh battery for recharging the device, a stereo speakers for improved audio experience, a full-size USB Type-A port, and a kickstand.
The accessory included in the package is attached to the tablet through the POGO pins located at the back of the tablet and once is connected, you can start to enjoy it with more battery juice and improved audio experience. The tablet can also be purchased for $240.
