Oppo F9 Pro has been launched for the global market, this is coming just days after the F9 was introduced in China. The F9 Pro has the same specs and features with the F9.

It also boasts of the VOOC fast charging from Oppo, which offers 2-hour talk time for a 5 minutes charge. The Helio P60 takes the wheel underneath, while the front is built around a water-drop screen.

Design And Display

A masterpiece, the F9 Pro comes with ever-changing hues in different gradient colour options. It was also crafted with the industry’s first petal-shaped pattern, more like the Realme 1 but more exquisite.

At the top left corner, we can see the dual cameras in a horizontal position with the LED flash right beside it. It’s available in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple. It measures 8mm in thickness and weighs 169g overall.

The Helio P60 runs the show here, the chip was manufactured on a 12nm process technology. It comes with an octa-core processor clocking at 2.0GHz, while the Mali-G72 MP3 graphics card controls graphics.

There are two variants in terms of RAM for multitasking, a standard variant has 6GB RAM while the cheaper variant has 4GB RAM. The internal storage space is still the same on both variants, pegging at 64GB, even tho you can expand up to 256GB using a memory card.

It’s equipped with dual 16MP + 2MP rear shooter with f/1.8 + f/2.4 aperture respectively. Although the 2MP shooter acts as the depth sensor for background blur. While the 25MP selfie shooter has f/2.0 aperture as well as its own notch.

The F9 Pro supports 4G LTE connectivity and accommodates dual Nano SIM. It has support for Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm jack, USB TypeC, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot and A-GPS, GLONASS.

Battery, Price And Availability

The Oppo F9 Pro is powered by a non-removable 3500mAh battery with VOOC fast charging technology. Oppo F9 Pro is available on shopping stores, starting from $299 to $349, that’s about (N100,000 – N120,000).
