DESIGN
The A1 Pro has a Metal overall unibody that’s covered exquisitely in glass. Definitely one of the best looking budget smartphones I’ve seen this far. The design is pretty unique and reflects light beautiful.
It also has curved sides and curved edges as well, bringing out the very best of the design. It has a dual rear camera which starts a vertical train at the top middle, while the LED flash and fingerprint scanner follows suit.
DISPLAY
The UMIDIGI A1 Pro dishes out an 18:9 aspect ratio with its bezel-less screen. You get to experience the full view hype with the device. There are no narrow bezels in sight, with super minimal top and bottom bezel. Let’s see how well details on the screen would come out.
The 5.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen delivers quality visuals than most devices in its price range. The screen boasts of 1440 x 720 pixels in resolution with 293 pixels per inch density. There’s a 2.5D curved glass on top of the screen.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Running the race here is the MediaTek MT6739 chip, 4-Cores processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The Quad-core processor here runs at a standard speed of 1.3GHz with 28nm process technology offering a smooth ride. In the graphics department, the PowerVR GE8100 takes charge and clocks at 570MHz.
