OPPO is set to launch the OPPO A92 in Nigeria, a year after launching the widely successful OPPO A9 2020, and we gather that the A92 would be a massive upgrade from its predecessor at around the same price point, thus offering better value for money. We’re expecting an upgraded version with a better 6.4-inch OLED display, a Snapdragon 665 processor instead of the MediaTek Helio P70 chipset and upgraded camera hardware and software specs — a 48MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and two 2MP sensors.
The new OPPO device will also come with a battery size of 5,000mAh that supports 18W charging. When the OPPO A9 2020 first launched, it was priced at N99,900, we estimate that the price of the OPPO A92 shouldn’t be too far off, considering that they have similar specs. However, looking at the recent exchange rate to the USD, we are curious to see how OPPO will price the A92 in Nigeria.
