The unexpected has happened again in the tech world. This time around, it is coming from the tech giant Google. The rumoured google pixel 3 lite has been leaked ahead of its official unveiling in a few months’ time. The phone was seen recently in a hands-on video just as the expensive pixel 3/ 3 XL was seen last year.
The information gotten from the video says that the Pixel 3 Lite will be officially unveiled in the spring after the Google I/O conference.
From the look in the video, the phone codenamed SARGO Has the same design language with his more expensive siblings but there were some changes in the body – it swapped out the metal and glass for plastic, unlike the other siblings. Also, the sim tray is seen on the right side and no stereo speakers were included but a single bottom – firing one was seen in the video. The phone also comes with a mint coloured power button and a 3.5 mm audio jack at the top.
Some people might be thinking about how the camera will look like. Well, there were no much changes in the camera, the autofocus – aiding sensor on the back seems to be missing but the overall picture quality is on par with the best in the market including the Pixel 3 and 3 XL. The dual camera was not included in this model but I think a single unit will handle your selfie.
Taking of the hardware components, the Pixel 3 Lite opts for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 chipset as the earlier rumours predicted. The phone also comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The display is 5.56” big with 1080×2160 pixel resolution.
The back camera has a 12 Mega Pixel (MP) sensor while the front comes with 8MP. The battery capacity is 2915 mAh.
