Vivo seems to be focusing on the camera when it comes to their top flagship phones. The Vivo NEX was one of such phones. It came with unique camera features. It seems that the new Vivo V15 Pro is following the same line. The device is an honorary NEX but with more upgraded camera features.
Vivo V15 Specifications
The Vivo V15 came with a pop-up selfie camera and in display fingerprint reader which makes the super AMOLED display not to be disturbed. But we believe that this phone comes with a better camera than the NEX.
The pop-up camera in the NEX was 8MP sensor while the V15 packs 32MP sensor. And the main module of the triple camera in the rear comes with another 4x jump in resolution – that’s a 48MP sensor with 0.8µm pixels (that’s 1.6µm if you want to use 4 – to – 1 binning). The device comes with an f/1.8 aperture and super night mode to enhance photos taken in the dark.
The device features an ultra-wide-angle camera which can capture a 120-degree field of view. And the device comes with a 5MP depth sensor for Al body shaping.
In terms of display, the V15 Pro comes with 6.39 – inches Super AMOLED display. The top bezel is 2.22mm while the side bezel is a bit thinner at 1.75mm. It means that the screen-to-body -ratio is 91.64 (according to the company’s official number).
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset. And the device came with a 5th gen fingerprint reader which is seen behind the display. It came with 6/8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The device will be running on the Funtouch OS 9 which is based on the Android 9 Pie. The device comes with 3,700Mah battery with “Dual engine” fast charging. It features a micro USB port for charging and there is a 3.5mm jack at the top.
The device will be sold for INR28,990 ($405/€360). And People can start today to pre-order the device but the device will be launched on March 6 which is tagged a “Super Day”
